Yes — Allianz operates a Sharia window (AlliSya) with the same benefit structures and limits, run on a takaful basis. If that matters to you, tell your advisor and we will structure the plan that way; if not, the conventional plans apply.
It depends on age, plan tier (Standard, Extra or Premier), geographic scope and any deductible you choose — which is why generic price lists mislead. Send the form with your family details and an advisor will return a real premium range, in writing, within one business day. No medical questionnaire is needed to get the range.
In-patient and surgical care is the core: room and board, ICU, surgery and related hospital costs, plus major-illness care such as dialysis and cancer outpatient treatment. All plans add outpatient cover for dengue and typhoid, emergency outpatient care, and cashless direct billing at Allianz network hospitals; higher tiers extend cover across Asia, and Australia on Plan Premier.
