Why do your policies cost more than some competitors?

Because the policy behind them is materially different. Allianz plans carry higher limits, fewer exclusions, overseas treatment and cashless direct billing — and our advisory handles your claim end to end. A cheaper premium usually means a lower cap, more fine print, and a claims process you fight alone. We will happily put any competitor quote side by side with ours and walk you through the differences line by line.

Will making a claim be difficult?

Not for you. You notify your named handler by WhatsApp or phone; we complete the paperwork with you, submit to Allianz, answer their queries, and chase weekly until settlement. Direct-billing hospital claims usually require nothing from you at all. This white-glove claims service is the core of what you pay us for.

Who actually underwrites my policy?

Allianz — one of the world’s largest insurers, rated AA (S&P Global) for financial strength, operating in Indonesia under OJK supervision. We are the advisory that structures your cover, places it with Allianz, and services it; the financial promise behind the policy is theirs.

I’m an expatriate — am I eligible, and does cover travel?

Yes. We arrange cover for foreign residents on KITAS/KITAP as well as Indonesian citizens, and higher-tier health plans can include treatment across Asia, and Australia on Plan Premier. Life and property cover can be structured around foreign ownership arrangements — we will flag anything that needs legal attention.

Is a Sharia-compliant option available?

Yes — Allianz operates a Sharia window (AlliSya) with the same benefit structures and limits, run on a takaful basis. If that matters to you, tell your advisor and we will structure the plan that way; if not, the conventional plans apply.

How much does Allianz health insurance cost in Indonesia?

It depends on age, plan tier (Standard, Extra or Premier), geographic scope and any deductible you choose — which is why generic price lists mislead. Send the form with your family details and an advisor will return a real premium range, in writing, within one business day. No medical questionnaire is needed to get the range.

What does Allianz health insurance cover in Indonesia?

In-patient and surgical care is the core: room and board, ICU, surgery and related hospital costs, plus major-illness care such as dialysis and cancer outpatient treatment. All plans add outpatient cover for dengue and typhoid, emergency outpatient care, and cashless direct billing at Allianz network hospitals; higher tiers extend cover across Asia, and Australia on Plan Premier.
